London - based Maike Gruna Interiors is a boutique design studio dedicated to creating elegant and distinctive spaces.

​We offer both architectural and interior design services, working across a wide spectrum of projects—from compact apartments and pied-à-terres to family residences, larger townhouses, and holiday homes in the city and countryside. On the commercial side, our portfolio includes hotels, members’ clubs, restaurants, and office spaces.

We proudly designed and completed the Eliamos 5* villa hotel and spa in Greece, Kefalonia which was recognised as one of the best new hotels in the world by Travel + Leisure in 2024.​

The studio was founded by Maike Gruna, a German-born Interior Architect with extensive global experience. Maike's early career included remarkable projects such as designing the interiors of Giorgio Armani’s New York apartment while at Aero Studios, creating luxurious superyacht interiors alongside Anoushka Hempel in London, and shaping a stunning private holiday villa in Cap Ferrat. Passionate about interior design, Maike brings both creativity and professionalism to every project while transforming interiors into spaces that are meaningful, elegant, and inspiring.
